NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the Maiden Planning and Zoning Board of Adjustment will have a special meeting to consider a text amendment to the Maiden Unified Development Ordinance and will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, October 30, 2024 at 5:30 pm. The text amendment is for changes to the Unified Development Ordinance specifically Article 2, and Article 5 regarding Group Homes, Rehabilitation Homes, and Conditional Zoning requirements for these uses.
