Linda McDaniel Robinson
April 23, 1951 - January 8, 2025
Linda McDaniel Robinson, 73, of Â鶹´«Ã½ entered into eternal rest Wednesday, January 8, 2025, at UNC Health Blue Ridge of Morganton, following a period of declining health.
Linda was born on April 23, 1951, at home in Burke County to Addie Walker McDaniel and the late John Hampton McDaniel. She was a former member of Pleasant Ridge Baptist Church, and was a loving wife, mother, Grammy, Great Grammy, and Homemaker.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Shelby Gene Robinson; daughter, Betty Jean Taylor; and brother, John Monroe McDaniel.
In addition to her mother, Linda is survived by her son, John David Biggs and wife Crystal of Â鶹´«Ã½; daughter, Deborah Renée Biggs of Â鶹´«Ã½; a special granddaughter, Shelby Victoria Biggs; six grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild. She is also survived by her brothers, Keith Wayne McDaniel, Jerry Lee McDaniel, and James Edward McDaniel, all of Â鶹´«Ã½; sisters, Margaret Ann Coffey of Â鶹´«Ã½ and Janice Mae Robinson and husband Jimmy of Â鶹´«Ã½.
A Gathering of Friends will be held on Monday, January 13, 2025, from 2 to 4 p.m., at First Apostolic Church of Â鶹´«Ã½.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Heritage Funeral Service & Crematory.
