The National Weather Service said the temperature was 37 degrees just before 8 a.m. Rain and snow is expected throughout Wednesday, with snow showers and patchy fog expected Wednesday night. The low for Wednesday night is expected to be 25 degrees, and Thursday's high is expected to be around 34 degrees.
